Login access has temporarily been disabled while the system undergoes updates. Every effort is being taken to ensure other aspects of the service are not affected. Please email support@libsyn.com if you have any questions.

8:30pm EST. Our engineering team is reacting to issues we are seeing regarding logins to libsyn3 as well as consumer facing webpages and RSS feed issues

9:00pm EST. The issue was isolated to a DNS related problem and has been resolved. All logins and pages are back to 100%

7:30PM EST- All systems should be functioning properly at this point. Please let email support at libsynpro dot com with any concerns.

5:30PM EST- We are currently addressing some hardware issues which is making logging into libsyn and using the publishing tools difficult.

Update 9PM 7/14/2010

These issues should be resolved. Please email support at libsyn if you are still having trouble.

We are looking into an issue that is causing pages and feeds to intermittently get a 503 Service Unavailable error. We are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. Please email support@libsyn.com if you have any further questions or problems.

We have received reports that some media files are not serving correctly (504 error message). Our developers are communicating now with one of our service providers, and we will post updates as we work to seek resolution. We apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused.

For a brief period of time this morning, logins on libsyn.com were down. The issue has been resolved.

We recently set the LibsynPro app to maintenance mode to work out a few issues. We expect everything to return to normal shortly. Our apologies for any inconvenience.

As of 5:00 PM EST all systems are back 100%

We are currently experiencing some issues on the backend that may periodically be affecting the LibsynPRO Application, RSS Feeds, Media Uploading, Wizzard Player, and Mobile apps. updated 1:09 am EST (3/29/2010) We have received confirmation from level3 that the issue has been resolved, local tests all came back successful, and clean-up procedures are running right now to inject any file uploaded during the outage. Media Uploading

Problems with level3 CDN ingest servers is causing new media uploads to temporarily 404. We are communicating with the CDN provider and will reprocess the new uploads when we can- fixing the issues with the files not serving.

There were few reports of 500 errors when attempting to download files. We've addressed this issue and files should be downloading now. Please send any further reports to support@libsynpro.com
