2. What's New in Version 2

Enterprises that already have an earlier version of LibsynPRO will notice the following new features in Version 2:

• A simpler and more intuitive interface to make your workflow faster. See Section 5 and Section 6.
• An improved statistics package with quicker, customizable reports and new visual representation of your historical activity. Statistical data can also be saved in CSV format for download and analysis. See Section 5.6.
• Sophisticated user permission settings allow you to control access to your programming. This allows you to limit a producer’s access to only their shows, provide a statistics view-only access to an outside party, and otherwise limit access on a user-by-user basis. See Section 5.1.3.
• A quality control process now allows you to delegate production tasks. Your QA/QC team can approve, reject, or make recommendations through the system's new communication panel. See [/administrator_functions#release_an_episode_quality_control|Section 5.3]].
• A sophisticated dynamic advertising system that allows you to enable geographically targeted, automated ad insertion into downloadable audio and video files. See Section 5.4.
• An improved media delivery platform provides faster downloads and enables progressive streaming of audio and video content.
